Jim Gray Talks about how Serenity Ranch began and what we have to offer.

Welcome to serenity ranch. My name is Jim Gray I’am the owner of this Alcohol And Drug Rehab Center.

We treat alcoholism and Drug Addition in a six week Program.

The main reason I started Serenity Ranch was to get impaired drivers off the road. my son was hit by an impaired driver and almost killed Him.

My want is that no parent will get the call I did from the RCMP at four in the morning. 

The Officer said “Mr Gray Your son was in an accident and it doesn’t look good”.

After 15 years of recovery alcohol came back into my life through my son’s accident. 

  I purchased an old jail from the government near Tees and started planning a Rehab where the We could  Get impaired drivers off the road.From that small concept Serenity ranch has grown into a world class treatment center alcohol and Drug Addiction.    That was 5 years ago, and to date almost 500 clients have gone through our programs.

 We have seen many miracles of recovery. Families and relationships healed.

  We run at better than a 60 per cent recovery rate. Our Participants have the opportunity to  undergo a six-week program that includes one-on-one counseling with our Professional Staff.

This includes one-on-one Cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy plus education on diet, physical fitness, and how to live life in recovery.

  Our basic program is based on the 12 steps it has kept me clean and sober for 21 years.
